We accept returns on non-clearance items that are unused, and unwashed within 30 days of receipt. (With the exception of our extended holiday policy. Refer to the FAQ page for this.) Please email customerservice@lunasquest.shop and we will get back to you with further directions.

Items that do NOT apply for returns include customized items (these can be replaced if there is a manufacturing or delivery issue) and final sale items found in the “Clearance” tab.
